Presentation areas
Spacious foyers can be found on all four floors of the Kongresshaus Baden-Baden and are ideally suited for exhibitions, receptions and short work breaks. Large glass panes with wonderful panoramic views dominate the areas, encouraging conversation and generating inspiration from the vibrant town outside.
The foyer on the lower level alone offers a space of 1300 square metres, on the first floor 750 sq. m and on the second floor 400 sq. m The largest presentation-cum-communication area is situated on the naturally lit ground floor and boasts 1250 sq. m of space.
Our latest gem is the 480-square-metre Park Pavilion with its fully glazed façade overlooking the parks and gardens of the Lichtentaler Allee. It is particularly suited to stand-up receptions for up to 500 people and offers seating options for up to 220 people.

The benefit of a full refurbishment: everything is state-of-the-art, innovative and oriented to the future.
Hence in our large halls (Auditorium, Congress Hall I to III) everything is projected from separate control rooms using permanently installed equipment. Audio-visual solutions operate via a network of fast multi-media PCs that are perfectly integrated into the Kongresshaus’s overall system and our event network. At the lectern, speakers have at their disposal a monitor, a keyboard, a wireless mouse, a remote control presenter and a laser pointer.
In the seminar rooms, the projectors are installed on the ceilings. The typical connections required here are, of course, available at the speaker’s desk.
In the large halls, complex audio systems are used. A wireless microphone for the speaker together with a large number of discussion microphones for the participants is part and parcel of our offer. In the best-case scenario a total of 480 microphones could be used during discussions in the Auditorium and in Congress Hall I alone.
The audio-visual control rooms for our large halls are manned by skilled technicians 45 minutes before the start of the event and until the event has finished.
